Job summary

Qualifications

Familiarity with CRM systems, experience management tools, and AI productivity tools.
Demonstrated expertise in instructional design and adult learning.
Professional services environment BD leadership experience.
Strong communication and project management skills.

Responsibilities

Design and maintain a multi-level BD curriculum with tracks for associates and partners.
Deliver training sessions and oversee internal and external programs.
Define success metrics and report program outcomes to leadership.
