Moody’s is seeking a Senior Global Business Director for Banking & Payments to lead global account strategy for major customers. You will serve as a trusted advisor to Banking C-suites, shaping Moody’s commercial positioning and delivering enterprise-level value.

You will manage a diverse book of business, identify opportunities, and collaborate with industry analysts, product leaders, and executives to drive growth while maintaining a strong client focus.

Qualifications

• Proven experience of strategic account planning, negotiation, and management of complex, global accounts with an executive network to originate, expand, and protect multi-year banking relationships.
• Track record across multiple functions including frontline sales, account management, operations, and product management.
• Entrepreneurial spirit with ability to lead complex negotiations and deliver on agreements.

Responsabilités

• Lead, develop, and execute global account strategy for major customers.
• Act as sector lead for Banking or Payments, shaping Moody's commercial positioning.
• Build a book of business to maximize satisfaction and revenue.
• Identify and deliver opportunities benefiting customers and Moody's.
• Translate market intelligence into pipeline strategy and prioritization.
• Collaborate with analysts, product leaders, and executives to deliver differentiated value.
• Establish and deepen C-suite relationships and represent Moody's externally.
• Travel up to 50% to engage with clients face-to-face and support hybrid work.
