Moody's Analytics Banking is hiring a Director of Commercial Strategy focused on outcome-based offerings. You will define strategies for client workflows and pricing, coordinating with product, data, and advisory teams to deliver measurable outcomes for banks.

You will lead the design of commercial models, contract structures, and governance while evaluating build, buy, or partner options to scale delivery across Moody's Banking Partnerships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Engineering, or related field required.
• MBA or equivalent degree preferred.
• Deep knowledge of banking workflows, risk, and customer value drivers.

Responsabilités

• The Director defines how Moody's Analytics Banking offers are designed, priced, and delivered based on outcomes.
• Set the outcome-based strategy for Banking: client workflows, outcomes, segments, and sequencing.
• Determine what an outcome is worth to a bank and translate into pricing value.
• Design commercial model for delivery: contracts, service levels, quality, and attribution.
• Map capabilities and recommend build, buy, or partner paths, feeding partnerships agenda.
• Build consensus across cross-functional teams using business cases and governance forums.
• Collaborate with Product and Engagement to shape initial client engagements and measures of success.
• Analyze competitor pricing and translate findings into offers and investment decisions.
• Communicate strategy and recommendations to Banking and Moody's Analytics leadership.
