Job summary

Stripe is seeking a Senior Manager for Financial Partnerships to lead and execute bank partnerships across the Americas. You will partner with Product to support Treasury, Issuing, Capital, and Crypto, define partner requirements, and manage relationships with senior bank executives.

This role requires coordinating with Risk, Compliance, Legal, Finance, and Engineering, and a track record of closing complex deals with banks and scaling initiatives globally.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in strategic partnerships or related field, with banking/fintech experience.
• Experience negotiating complex bank deals and scaling them across partners.
• Proven ability to work with Product, Legal, Risk, Compliance, and Finance.

Responsibilities

• Manage bank partner relationships and launch joint initiatives.
• Define partner requirements and align opportunities with Stripe strategy.
• Negotiate, sign, and manage global partner agreements for MaaS offerings.
• Coordinate with Risk, Compliance, Product, Engineering, and Treasury.
• Lead stakeholder alignment from Stripe and partner executives.
• Drive strategic planning, negotiation, and expansion with key partners.
• Develop new money movement models and extensions across Treasury, Issuing, Capital, and Crypto.
• Lead teams through execution with clear milestones and metrics.
