Job summary

Stripe is seeking a Partner Development Manager for AMER Bank Partnerships. You will develop and execute high-impact initiatives with new and existing bank partners across the AMER region, collaborating with Product, Treasury, and Compliance to align on requirements and deliver joint value.

You will coordinate with cross-functional teams and bank executives to negotiate, sign, and manage partnerships that enable Stripe’s MaaS product line and money-movement capabilities.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in strategic partnerships or business development with banks or fintechs.
• Deep knowledge of banking and cross-border payments landscape.

Responsibilities

• Manage bank partner relationships and execute joint initiatives to benefit Stripe users.
• Lead negotiations, define milestones, and align opportunities with mutual interest.
• Craft partnership and product strategies with stakeholders across Risk, Compliance, Legal, Product, Engineering, and Treasury.
• Coordinate with partner executives to build alignment and drive multi-partner programs.
• Drive go-to-market models and extend Stripe’s Treasury, Issuing, Capital, and Crypto capabilities with partners.
