Job summary

Stripe is seeking a leader in Financial Partnerships to develop and manage relationships with global and regional banks, card networks, and money movement partners. You’ll help define requirements, negotiate deals, and drive initiatives across Treasury, Issuing, Capital, and Crypto to support Stripe’s MaaS product line.

You will collaborate with Product, Engineering, Legal, Finance, Risk, and Compliance to align strategies and execute high-impact partnerships that scale across markets.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in strategic partnerships, business development, corporate development, or related field including partner management with banks at PSPs or fintechs.
• Strong knowledge of banking/clearing landscape across geographies with focus on transaction banking, e-money, multi-currency, and cross-border payments.
• Experience negotiating complex commercial deals with bank partners and scaling these deals across multiple partners.

Responsibilities

• Manage bank partner relationships and drive joint initiatives and new offerings for Stripe users.
• Oversee partner and deal management with milestone definitions and documented negotiation approaches.
• Define and execute partner and product strategies with input from Risk, Compliance, Product, Engineering, and Treasury.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to create and execute partner and product strategies.
