Job summary

Worldpay, LLC is seeking a Collections Advisor (B2B) to join our Finance Shared Services team and help shape the future of global commerce. You will connect with customers to resolve past-due accounts, monitor balances, and record updates across systems.

You will deliver a positive experience by answering billing questions, tracking payment progress, and partnering with teammates on related tasks while balancing daily priorities in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
B2B experience desired.
Technical skills including Microsoft Office, Salesforce, Billing/Collections software preferred.
Great verbal and written communication skills.
Intermediate computer navigation and operation skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Demonstrate effective people skills and sensitivities when dealing with others.

Responsibilities

Connect with customers to help resolve past-due accounts through phone calls, emails, and other outreach methods.
Keep an eye on outstanding balances and help customers bring accounts up to date.
Assist customers with billing and settlement questions, providing a positive experience.
Track and share updates on account statuses and payment progress.
Partner with teammates and support other accounting-related activities when needed.
Take ownership of your workday by managing priorities and balancing multiple tasks.
Maintain accurate customer records and ensure information stays current.
Process customer payments accurately and efficiently.
Record payment activity and account updates in the appropriate systems and reports.
Jump in on additional projects and responsibilities as needed.
