Responsibilities

• Contact customers to resolve past-due accounts via calls, emails, and outreach.
• Monitor outstanding balances and help customers bring accounts current.
• Answer billing and settlement questions with timely, positive resolution.
• Log payment activity and account updates in internal systems.
• Collaborate with teammates and support other accounting tasks.
• Prioritize work and manage multiple tasks to contribute to team success.
