Job summary

Astreya Consultancy India seeks an Audio Visual Support Technician to provide event, AV and VC technical support. You will be the main contact for events requiring AV/ED support, coordinating with clients and third-party vendors.

The role involves flexible hours, including early starts, late finishes and occasional weekends. Responsibilities include on-site or remote event delivery, operating AV gear, pre-production briefings, and producing reports for management.

Qualifications

• Experience managing events and webinars remotely via Zoom/other platforms.
• Ability to operate various AV equipment and read schematics is required.
• Strong customer service and white-glove approach is expected.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on delivery of events on-site or remotely.
• Operate audio/lighting desks and video switching equipment.
• Coordinate events using ticketing or booking systems.
• Maintain event spaces and pre-production planning with clients.
