Job summary

Arrow Electronics’ Arrow Components unit seeks a Key Account Manager Automotive (m/w/d) to lead complex global programs for OEM and Tier suppliers in the automotive sector. You will build strategic relationships, analyze portfolios, and present tailored proposals.

Collaborating with automotive teams across the Americas and Asia, you will drive revenue growth, negotiate contracts, and shape customer strategy.

Qualifications

Degree in business, economics or a technical field or equivalent qualification.
Several years in development or sales of automotive electronics.
Experience in managing global client accounts.
Preferably experience in electronics distribution.
Fluent German and English both written and spoken.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

Acquisition and management of new and existing clients: Building and maintaining strategic relationships with key customers in the automotive supply industry.
Analyzing and evaluating customer product portfolios to serve as a basis for proposals.
Developing and presenting customized client proposals.
Close collaboration with automotive colleagues in the Americas and Asia regarding global accounts, including global price negotiations and customer strategy development.
Revenue growth: Drive revenue by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within existing client accounts. Implement sales strategies and negotiate contracts.
Business Development: Continuously identify potential new clients, market trends, and new opportunities within the automotive industry
