You will shape growth through sales, marketing, and customer partnerships, leading diverse teams and coordinating with engineering, operations, and finance to optimize performance.

The role requires senior leadership experience, strong market insight, and the ability to balance strategic priorities with execution in a global setting.

• Experience in budgeting, sales forecasting, and customer relationship management.

• Ability to identify trends and make informed decisions for change.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and develop business plans.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership and Direction: Develop and implement the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Automotive business line, aligning it with company goals.
• Business Growth and Performance: Drive execution of business development, sales, and marketing strategies to achieve revenue targets and market share growth.
• Team Leadership and Development: Attract, lead, mentor, develop, and retain a team of sales professionals globally.
• Financial Management: Oversee budgeting, financial forecasting, and managing the Profit & Loss for the Automotive business line.
• Stakeholder Management: Communicate effectively with executive leadership, customers, and partners; represent the business in market and community.
