Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or related field.
• Master’s degree is preferred but not mandatory for consideration.
• 15+ years in commercial leadership roles with P&L responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic plans for the Electronics Business Line.
• Own P&L, budgets, and revenue targets with accountability for profitability.
• Lead cross-functional teams across commercial, technical, and operations.
• Drive growth through market expansion, partnerships, and product roadmaps.
• Ensure operational excellence and alignment with company policies.
