IDEX is seeking an Inside Sales Manager to lead revenue growth through customer engagement, lead qualification, and sales pipeline management. You will own the lead management strategy, CRM governance, and analytics while leveraging AI and digital selling tools to boost productivity.

Collaborating with regional sales, distributors, marketing, and customer experience teams, you will drive lead generation, ensure timely follow-up, and scale conversions from inquiry to order across global channels.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Analytics or a related field.
• 5+ years in sales operations, inside sales, CRM administration, or related leadership roles.
• Proven success driving revenue growth through lead management and sales process improvement.
• Strong CRM, acquisition processes, sales funnels, and reporting knowledge.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, coach, and develop Inside Sales Representatives and other staff.
• Own the lead management process and CRM governance across regions.
• Drive AI-enabled digital selling and automation to improve responsiveness and conversion.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, IT, and Customer Experience teams to accelerate pipeline growth.
• Develop dashboards and analytics to measure lead-generated revenue and performance.
