Job summary

IDEX is seeking a senior Commercial leader to own the Fire & Safety North America electronics business line. You will shape strategy, manage P&L, forecast and budget, and drive growth through market expansion and product portfolio leadership.

The role requires 15+ years in commercial leadership with cross-functional collaboration, and a track record of transforming operations for profitability. Travel up to 50% and a strong emphasis on Lean practices are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, finance, engineering, marketing, or related field.
• Master’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute business line strategies aligned with objectives and growth plans.
• Identify market trends, customer needs, and opportunities in electronics markets.
• Lead forecasting, budgeting, and resource allocation for the business line.
• Own P&L and drive revenue growth through commercial strategies.
• Oversee product portfolio, lifecycle management, and NPD prioritization.
• Coach and develop leaders; promote Lean and continuous improvement.
