Job summary

McCormick & Company, Inc. seeks a Programme Leader - Global Automation Strategy to lead a global automation initiative within the supply chain. Based in Hunt Valley, MD, you will own the program, manage cross-functional teams, and align with senior leadership on capital plans.

You will evaluate and introduce new automation technologies, drive deployment, and ensure rapid adoption across McCormick's operations. The role reports to a Director, Global Supply Chain Value Creation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• Extensive cross-functional leadership and program management experience.
• Ability to prioritize under pressure and manage multiple dependencies.
• Strong communication and presentation skills across all management levels.

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership for the Global automation program and owns the development of the associated strategic capital plans.
• Leads, tracks and guides the teams during development phases.
• Drives evaluation and deployment of new automation technologies globally and ensures rapid adoption.
• Ensures project scope, schedule, budget, and capital requests are managed.
• Develops value-driven solutions and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintains alignment with sponsor and stakeholders and reports project status.
