Job summary

McCormick & Company is seeking an Americas Supply Chain, Project Lead for a hybrid role at our Global Headquarters in Hunt Valley, Maryland. The project lead will provide leadership and expertise across the Americas in implementing/scrolling programs like TPM and People development, coaching site leaders and teams.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 7+ years of cross-functional project delivery experience, with strong communication skills and global collaboration

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Supply Chain or related field.
• 7+ years of experience across Supply Chain, Change Management, Learning and Development.
• Demonstrated experience delivering projects as a project manager.
• Experience in global/regional environments with cultural awareness.
• Ability to lead regional, cross-functional, multi-site teams.
• Strong communication and diplomacy across levels.
• Ability to coach and develop others in direction, strategy and execution.
• Knowledge of Change Management methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Americas Supply Chain (ASC) Masterplan projects and regional programs.
• Coordinate ASC initiatives like the ASC Management System and HQ employee experience plans.
• Support culture and training efforts, including rollout of training materials.
• Plan and manage communications and content for ASC leadership meetings.
• Develop and present content for regional ASC communications and events.
• Coach and develop project teams in project and change management methodologies.
