Job summary

McCormick & Company, a leader in herbs, spices, seasonings, and condiments, is hiring a Senior Project Engineer in a Hybrid (50/50) role at our Global Headquarters in Hunt Valley, Maryland. You will lead and execute large capital projects across multiple manufacturing sites in the Americas network.

You will develop charters, write specifications, manage scope, cost and schedule, and drive supplier selection and commissioning.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7+ years of project engineering experience in manufacturing.
• Experience managing multiple projects from evaluation through implementation.
• Experience scoping, budgeting and scheduling capital projects.

Responsibilities

• Provides engineering leadership to cross-functional project teams.
• Assists in development of strategic capital plans across multiple sites.
• Develops charters, writes technical specifications, and estimates scope, schedule and budget.
• Manages scope, cost, and schedule during execution and commissioning.
• Leads FAT planning and field installation supervision.
