• Pursuing a Bachelor’s in Learning & Development, Change Management, Communications, Business or Supply Chain.
• Excellent communication skills for ongoing internal customer contact.

Responsibilities

• Create change plans and execute change activities.
• Gather information from key stakeholders and apply it to change efforts.
• Learn to design and facilitate effective learning sessions with observation, participation, coaching and practice.
