Job summary

McCormick & Company in Hunt Valley, Maryland, seeks a Director, CoMan & Supplier Quality to lead global supplier quality and co-manufacturing programs within the Quality organization. This role drives compliance, strategy, and continuous improvement across external partners and internal customers while guiding a high-performing team.

You will report to the VP of Quality & Regulatory - Americas, manage regulatory and food safety initiatives, and travel up to 20% to support global operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a relevant field.
• 15+ years in quality with at least two focus areas (Customer, Operations, Regulatory, Supplier, External Co-manufacturing, Global CoE) or related function.
• GFSI scheme management experience (SQF, BRC) required.
• Strong leadership and ability to influence across functions and with strategic vendors/customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead regulatory and quality compliance for global formulas, ingredients and labeling.
• Set global strategy and build high-performing teams across areas of influence.
• May serve on Recall Committee and manage recall procedures and regulatory flows.
• Define performance standards and align data needs with leadership goals.
• Mitigate risk through proactive process management and continuous improvement.
