The role emphasizes project management, data analytics, and cross-functional coordination with Operations, Supply Planning, Procurement, Marketing, R&D, and Quality to optimize revenue, quality and food safety.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Engineering, Manufacturing, Procurement, or related field.
• Demonstrated abilities in SAP, SharePoint, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Ability to communicate and interpret complex data into insights and actions in a team-based environment.

Responsibilities

• Project Management for multiple projects with cross-functional teams.
• Monitor and improve co-manufacturing processes and procedures.
• Lead data analytics, KPI performance, and vendor relationships.
• Identify insourcing/outsourcing opportunities and drive cost savings.
