Job summary

McCormick & Company, Incorporated in Hunt Valley, MD is seeking a Manufacturing Innovation Manager to drive growth and supply chain resiliency through the plant's capabilities. This hands-on leader coordinates with cross-functional partners to assess capability, enable data-driven decisions, and accelerate speed to market through internal manufacturing.

You will lead a team, manage commercialization, data readiness, and capital project startup, and build closed-loop processes linking testing,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, packaging, operations, or a related discipline.
• Experience leading cross-functional manufacturing projects.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Experience with SAP in manufacturing environment.
• Lean manufacturing and TPM knowledge.
• Project management experience (PMP or PMI preferred).

Responsibilities

• Facilitate capability assessments and Make vs Buy evaluations.
• Lead commercialization processes including MAC trials and First Time Order runs.
• Develop data-driven closed-loop processes across product, packaging, and manufacturing data.
• Lead Data Validation and ensure data accuracy across systems.
• Support Early Management pillar and capital project start-up practices.
• Develop direct reports and communicate with frontline teams to executives.
