Job summary

McCormick & Company, Incorporated is seeking a Senior Process Engineer in a Hybrid (50/50) role based at our Global Headquarters in Hunt Valley, Maryland. You will drive regional loss identification and lead cross-functional continuous improvement projects to deliver measurable value for manufacturing, supply chain, and distribution.

You'll leverage data analytics, root cause analysis, and scalable CI strategies while partnering with regional teams across the Americas.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing or supply chain roles.
• Strong networking skills to build relationships across the Americas.
• Strong management and leadership abilities for cross-functional teams.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and operate in the grey area.

Responsibilities

• Identify regional losses in manufacturing, supply chain, and other functions using data analytics and root cause analysis.
• Lead cross-functional CI projects with scoping, planning, and execution; maintain schedules.
• Develop scalable CI framework and build capability across the supply chain.
