Job summary

Inspire-Brands seeks a senior AR leader to drive collections performance and optimize accounts receivable processes across domestic and international portfolios. You will lead a team, align departmental priorities, and partner with operations, legal, and finance to improve cash flow.

The role requires extensive experience in AR, strong leadership, and hands-on ERP experience (Oracle). This onsite position in Atlanta offers an opportunity to shape policy and drive automation initiatives.

Qualifications

4-year degree in Accounting or related field.
10+ years of progressive AR and collections experience with at least 5 years of management supervision.
Hands-on experience with ERP Systems (Oracle preferred) and proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
Lead domestic and international collections strategies.

Responsibilities

Establishes and aligns departmental priorities and sets direction for the work group.
Lead and coach staff on best practices; monitor execution with KPI reporting.
Oversee billing, cash application, credit and unapplied cash management, and other billing activities.
Ensure AR activity and estimates are reflected in the general ledger (Oracle Cloud).
Partner with Operations, Legal, Finance, Treasury, and Franchise Business Consultants; manage relationships with internal and external partners.
Develop talent through coaching, succession planning, and performance management.
