Inspire Brands, Inc. seeks an experienced AR Director to lead the Franchise Revenue department from our Atlanta Global Support Center. The role emphasizes timely collections, policy governance, and cross-functional collaboration with Operations, Legal, Finance, Treasury, and Franchise Business Consultants.

The position requires a 4-year degree in accounting or related field and 10+ years in AR with 5+ years in management, plus ERP (Oracle) and Excel proficiency.

Qualifications

• 4-Year degree in Accounting or related field required.
• 10+ years of progressive AR and collections experience with at least 5 years of management supervision.
• Hands-on leadership with ERP systems, including Oracle; strong Excel/Word skills.

Responsibilities

• Set and align departmental priorities and lead the work group with risk oversight.
• Direct delinquent collections, store transfers, payments services, and loyalty programs.
• Coach staff with KPI reporting; monitor performance for accuracy and timeliness.
• Collaborate with Hyderabad office on billing, cash application, unapplied cash, and daily activities.
• Lead process improvements and automation initiatives across AR functions.
• Resolve customer inquiries with timely, accurate responses; communicate issues to stakeholders.
• Ensure AR activity is reflected in the general ledger (Oracle Cloud).
• Develop franchisee workout plans with field reps and legal counsel.
• Perform other duties as assigned by AR Director or Sr. Director.
