Job summary

Idera, Inc. is seeking a Global Accounts Receivable Manager to lead collections across a global software portfolio. You will drive cash collections, reduce delinquency, and strengthen end-to-end AR operations, partnering with Billing, Sales, Customer Success, Revenue Operations, Legal, Treasury, and BU leadership.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive AR/billing/OC experience.
• 3+ years leading AR teams in a B2B environment.
• Experience in a software/SaaS company.
• Strong end-to-end AR knowledge (billing, collections, cash application, credits).
• Ability to partner cross-functionally with Sales, Billing, Revenue Ops, and Legal.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Experience with ERP, billing, and CRM platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day collections across a global portfolio; partner with billing, cash apps, credits, and reconciliations.
• Develop and execute collection strategies to improve cash flow and reduce delinquencies.
• Monitor AR aging, unapplied cash, disputes, and payment behavior; prioritize risk-based collections.
• Resolve invoice disputes and improve upstream processes affecting collection.
• Mentor the AR team and develop coaching plans for growth.
• Drive automation and AI-enabled tools to improve collections and reporting.
