The role coordinates with offshore teams, reviews reconciliations, maintains internal controls, and supports SOX 404 compliance while partnering with stakeholders across Finance, IT, Tax and Treasury to ensure accurate reporting and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance required.
• CPA certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee AR operations, including billing and related processes, ensuring timely invoicing.
• Lead fixed asset accounting for long-lived assets, including capital projects in Oracle.
• Coordinate with offshore/shared service teams to resolve issues and align onshore stakeholders.
• Review revenue and AR-related accounts for accuracy and reconciliations.
• Support ASC 606 reviews and collaborate with Technical Accounting on complex transactions.
• Maintain internal controls and support SOX 404 compliance.
• Monitor KPIs and communicate results to stakeholders.
