Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or equivalent.
• At least 4 years of general accounting and/or financial reporting experience.
• Knowledge of ERP accounting systems and internal controls.

Responsibilities

• Enter new fixed assets and changes in the fixed assets system.
• Coordinate with departments to obtain asset information for proper capitalization.
• Manage monthly close for fixed assets, including journal entries and reconciliations.
• Reconcile fixed asset accounts to the general ledger and prepare roll-forwards.
• Assist with schedules for quarterly controller’s packages and SEC disclosures.
