Job summary

Cloudera is seeking a Manager, Applied AI Strategy and Operations to lead high-impact, global initiatives accelerating Private AI growth. You will act as the strategic and analytical backbone behind field engineering motions, prioritizing initiatives across strategic accounts and establishing governance and operating rhythms.

You will collaborate with Revenue Ops and AI GTM to define KPIs, track milestones, and synthesize data into senior leadership recommendations.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in sales strategy, revenue operations, business ops, or management consulting.
• Experience supporting technical or enterprise sales teams preferred.
• Deep domain knowledge in enterprise software, big data analytics, or hybrid cloud.

Responsibilities

• Establish global governance and operating rhythms for Applied AI org across regions.
• Track AI adoption funnel and optimize customer progression through stages.
• Prioritize accounts using data-backed frameworks and ROI signals.
• Define and standardize KPIs around Private AI adoption and ARR growth.
• Analyze ecosystem partners and optimize go-to-market alignment and revenue share.
• Lead cross-functional alignment and design scalable processes for teams.
