Job summary

Cloudera is seeking a Manager, Applied AI Strategy and Operations in Washington. You will lead global governance, drive the AI adoption funnel, and define strategic metrics for Private AI adoption.

You will collaborate with Revenue Operations and AI GTM Sales Strategy, prioritize high-ROI workloads, and partner with regional leadership to align go-to-market plans across AMER, EMEA, and APAC.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of progressive experience in sales strategy, revenue operations, or management consulting.
• Direct experience supporting technical sales, pre-sales, or delivery teams.
• Deep domain experience in enterprise software, big data analytics, ML/AI, or hybrid cloud.
• Experience with cloud subscription or usage-based business models.
• Track record of driving revenue growth and cross-functional alignment.
• This role requires not eligible for immigration sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead governance and operating rhythms for global Applied AI org across regions.
• Analyze and optimize the AI adoption funnel and customer progression stages.
• Prioritize target accounts and develop use-case frameworks for Private AI workloads.
• Define metrics for subscription and consumption-based Private AI adoption.
• Collaborate on go-to-market strategy with AI ecosystem partners.
• Design scalable processes for tracking team allocations and productization.
