Job summary

Cloudera is seeking a Manager, Applied AI Strategy and Operations to drive high-impact global initiatives that accelerate Private AI growth. You’ll partner with field engineering, enterprise sales, and product teams to govern programs, optimize the AI adoption funnel, and synthesize complex signals into actionable executive insights.

You will lead governance rhythms, define KPIs with Revenue Operations, and help scale production-ready AI workloads across regions.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to scope complex strategic challenges and identify root causes.
• Analytical mindset using CRM data and customer insights to validate hypotheses.
• Ability to communicate with stakeholders up to C-suite and translate data into executive storytelling.
• Familiarity with enterprise data management, hybrid cloud, and AI/ML ecosystems.
• Experience with GTM systems and BI tools is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Establish and manage the global operating rhythm for the Applied AI org across AMER/EMEA/APAC.
• Track and optimize customer progression through Discovery, Solution, Pilot, Production stages.
• Structure analytical frameworks to filter and prioritize top enterprise accounts.
• Define and standardize KPIs for subscription and consumption-based Private AI adoption.
• Analyze partnerships and co-deployment strategies with major AI ecosystem players.
• Lead scalable processes for allocating team resources and productization of solutions.
• Prepare investment decisions and headcount plans with senior leadership.
