Cloudera seeks a Manager, Applied AI Strategy and Operations to lead global governance, operating rhythms, and executive storytelling for Private AI growth. You will influence senior leadership with rigorous analyses and a clear, strategic voice across AMER, EMEA, and APAC.

You will drive the AI adoption funnel, prioritize strategic accounts, and partner with Revenue Operations and AI GTM teams to scale deployments while balancing business impact and operational rigor.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in sales strategy, revenue operations, or management consulting.
• Experience supporting technical sales or Forward Deployed Engineering teams.
• Deep enterprise software, big data analytics, or hybrid cloud domain knowledge.
• Ability to communicate with C-suite and regional leaders with data-driven storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Drive global governance and operating rhythms for the Applied AI org across regions.
• Manage the AI adoption funnel with regional leadership to optimize progression.
• Prioritize target accounts using data-driven frameworks and ROI signals.
• Define and standardize strategic metrics around Private AI adoption and ARR growth.
• Analyze ecosystem partners and revenue-sharing models to maximize pull-through.
• Lead cross-functional delivery patterns and scalable processes for teams globally.
• Build executive-level business cases and investment narratives for leadership.
