Cloudera is seeking a Manager, Applied AI Strategy and Operations to lead global commercial and operational initiatives accelerating Private AI growth.

In a fast-moving, high-autonomy role, you will synthesize technical and commercial signals into actionable recommendations for senior leadership.

You will partner with Revenue Operations, AI GTM Strategy, and cross-functional teams to govern, analyze, and optimize pipeline, bookings, and use-case deployment.

Qualifications

• Strong problem-solving and structuring skills to scope complex strategic challenges.
• Highly analytical with the ability to leverage data, CRM data, and customer insights for hypotheses.
• Proven ability to communicate with C-suite executives and leaders, turning data into a clear storyline.

Responsibilities

• Drive Global Governance & Operating Rhythms for the Applied AI org across regions.
• Manage the AI Adoption Funnel with leadership to optimize customer progression through stages.
• Account Prioritization & Use Case Frameworks to filter and prioritize target accounts.
• Define & Standardize Strategic Metrics aligned with revenue and GTM Strategy.
• Ecosystem & Commercial Strategy to maximize platform pull-through and ARR expansion.
• Cross-Functional Leadership to architect scalable processes for delivery across teams.
• Business Planning & Executive Storytelling to support investments and resource allocation.
