Cloudera is seeking a mid-senior Manager, Applied AI Strategy and Operations to lead global governance, portfolio analyses, and revenue strategy for Private AI initiatives. You will synthesize data across AMER, EMEA, and APAC, guiding executive-level decisions and coordinating with field engineering and sales leadership.

You will drive standardization of metrics, support ecosystem partnerships, and help scale AI solutions from pilots to production, enabling revenue growth and strategic impact

Qualifications

• Ability to scope complex, ambiguous strategic challenges.
• Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making.
• Ability to craft executive-level storytelling and business cases.

Responsibilities

• Lead global governance and operating rhythms for the Applied AI org.
• Track AI adoption funnel across stages and regions.
• Prioritize accounts and develop use-case frameworks for Private AI workloads.
• Define strategic metrics with Revenue Ops and GTM Sales Strategy.
• Collaborate with partners and ecosystems to maximize ARR pull-through.
• Coach cross-functional teams on scalable processes and productization.
• Develop business plans and executive-level investment theses.
