Cloudera in the United States seeks a Manager, Applied AI Strategy and Operations to lead global commercial and operational initiatives, accelerating Private AI growth. You will partner with field engineers and leadership to drive governance, analytics, and strategic decision-making.

The role demands strong analytical capabilities, executive storytelling, and experience in enterprise software, cloud data platforms, and GTM planning.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in sales strategy, revenue operations, or management consulting.
• Experience supporting technical sales or Forward Deployed Engineering (FDE) teams.
• Domain experience in enterprise software, big data analytics, or hybrid cloud.
• Experience with cloud subscriptions and usage-based models.

Responsibilities

• Establish global operating rhythms for the Applied AI org across AMER, EMEA, and APAC.
• Track and optimize the AI adoption funnel from Discovery to Production.
• Build frameworks to prioritize target accounts and high-ROI workloads.
• Define KPIs for subscription and consumption-based Private AI adoption.
• Align GTM with AI ecosystem partners and revenue models.
• Lead cross-functional processes for scalable delivery and governance.
• Develop business plans and strategic stories for investments and headcount.
