Cornerstone is seeking a Senior Manager of Accounts Payable, Travel Expense, and Corporate Card to lead global AP, employee reimbursements, and the corporate card program. You will partner with Shared Services in India and cross-functional teams to deliver reliable, scalable financial operations.

The role requires strong leadership, ownership, and a track record of process improvements in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, or a related field.
• 8+ years progressive experience in Accounts Payable/TE or related financial operations.
• 3+ years of people management experience.
• Global, multi-entity, multi-currency operations experience; offshore teams.
• Strong knowledge of AP, employee expense, and corporate card programs.
• SOX and internal controls familiarity in a public company.
• Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud, Oracle iExpense, Brex, ServiceNow.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong analytical skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead global Accounts Payable, TE, and corporate card operations for accuracy and policy compliance.
• Serve as global process owner with standardized procedures across entities and regions.
• Coach and develop AP Shared Services teams, including offshore personnel.
• Oversee invoice processing, payment execution, vendor master data, and card admin.
• Escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolution and clear communication.
• Define SLAs and KPIs to improve turnaround times and reduce backlogs.
• Maintain internal controls and segregation of duties for payments.
• Oversee month-end close related to AP and expenses and accruals.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Treasury, HR to align payment practices and policies.
• Drive automation, requirements gathering, testing, and change management.
• Support audits and maintain process documentation; report performance and risks.
