Job summary

IGT in Las Vegas seeks a Senior Manager to oversee global Accounts Payable and Travel & Expense, driving accuracy, timely payments, and strong controls across internal teams and Genpact.

You will lead a high‑performing AP & T&E organization, partner with Procurement, Treasury, HR, and Finance, and champion automation and SOX compliance to optimize working capital and service quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 8+ years of AP, Shared Services, Procure-to-Pay, or Finance Operations experience.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and Concur; process automation tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead global Accounts Payable and Travel & Expense operations.
• Ensure accurate and timely supplier payments, expense reimbursements, and month-end activities.
• Manage outsourced service providers, including Genpact, and drive accountability and continuous improvement.
• Maintain strong internal controls and SOX compliance; ensure audit readiness.
• Drive process improvement, automation, and standardization initiatives.
• Partner with Procurement, Treasury, HR, Finance, and Accounting to improve operational performance.
