Job summary

CFA Institute seeks a Senior Analyst, Global Accounts Payable to support global AP operations and systems, including Concur, NetSuite, Sovos, and Kyriba. You will drive end-to-end AP processes, ensure internal controls, and lead initiatives across source-to-pay projects.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, collaboration across finance/IT, and evolving processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Experience with AP systems and cross-functional S2P projects.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve cross-functional issues in finance systems.
• Knowledge of banking, credit card programs, and ERP integrations.
• Strong understanding of internal controls and financial processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end AP across global S2P value streams.
• Oversee payable processes across functions for timely, accurate payments.
• Lead automation and process improvement for S2P operations.
• Prepare month/year-end close activities and IRS reporting.
