Job summary

Mobility Global is seeking a seasoned Accounts Payable leader to manage a multi-entity AP function, drive compliance with SOX controls, and optimize payments and vendor relationships. This hybrid role requires strong analytical and communication skills to support treasury and finance teams.

You will oversee end-to-end invoice processing, approvals, month-end close, and key KPIs while mentoring a team and improving process efficiency across the organization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive accounts payable experience in a multi-entity environment.
• 2+ years of supervisory or team lead experience.
• Strong knowledge of SOX compliance for P2P processes.
• Proven vendor relationship management and issue resolution.
• Excellent communication with vendors and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of AP specialists with performance standards and quality metrics.
• Oversee end-to-end invoice processing across entities including PO and non-PO invoices.
• Review and approve payment runs and monitor file preparation and release.
• Escalate vendor inquiries and oversee onboarding including tax docs and vendor data governance.
• Drive payment method optimization and supplier enablement initiatives.
• Maintain SOX controls for procure-to-pay and support audits.
• Oversee tax reporting (1099s, VAT) and ensure compliance.
• Lead month-end close activities with accruals and reconciliations.
• Analyze spend patterns for working capital optimization and cross-functional vendor rationalization.
