Solventum is seeking a Process Excellence Lead, AP to standardize and govern global AP processes across the Procure-to-Pay organization. The role partners with Finance, Procurement, Shared Services and technology teams to drive optimization, automation, and KPI-driven improvements.

Ideal candidates bring extensive P2P/AP experience, cross-border collaboration, and knowledge of ERP platforms like SAP/Oracle. Remote-USA, travel up to 10% may apply, compensation range disclosed to US applicants.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher AND 8 years of P2P, AP, Procurement, Shared Services experience
• OR Highschool/GED AND 12 years of P2P, AP, Procurement, Shared Services experience
• Experience leading AP or P2P process improvement initiatives

Responsabilités

• Lead global Accounts Payable process standardization, governance, and best practices across the Procure-to-Pay organization
• Own global AP process standards, controls, documentation, and KPI frameworks
• Partner across Finance, Procurement, Shared Services, business, and technology teams to resolve complex process issues
• Lead AP process optimization and technology enablement, including automation, workflow, analytics, and supplier experience improvements
• Support Global Process Owner in advancing end-to-end P2P governance, optimization, and transformation
