Global Business Ser. 4u seeks an experienced SAP Procure to Pay Lead to drive P2P configurations within SAP S/4HANA. The role focuses on plant creation, procurement workflows, invoicing, and payment processing, including OpenText Vendor Invoice Management and SAP Build Process Automation. Collaboration with sourcing, contracts, and finance is required.

The position location is Chesterfield, MO with remote work and travel on an as-needed basis, offering a 12+ month engagement.

Qualifications

• 7+ years hands on experience configuring SAP Procure to Pay processes
• 7+ years hands on expertise in Plant creation in SAP
• 2+ years working with SAP workflows (Flexibile Workflow) or SAP Build Process Automation
• 2+ years hands on experience OpenText Vendor Invoice Management
• Excellent understanding of Sourcing (Direct & Indirect), Contract Management
• Excellent understanding of Purchase Requisition and Order management
• Excellent understanding of Invoice Processing, Payment Processing (ACH, Checks and Wires)
• Excellent understanding of integration with Finance processes
• Excellent understanding of Material, Vendor and Customer Master in SAP S/4HANA
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Minimum 2 SAP S/4HANA full lifecycle implementation and support experience

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP Procure to Pay configurations and end-to-end processes
• Configure plants including production plants, warehouses, and distribution centers
• Maintain workflows using OpenText and SAP Build Process Automation
• Ensure integration with Finance and master data consistency in SAP S/4HANA
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on sourcing, contracts, and invoice management
