Job summary

Catapult seeks an Accounts Payable Team Lead to oversee the global AP function and drive efficiency across the organization. You will manage the end-to-end process, ensure timely supplier payments, and mentor the AP team.

The role emphasizes strategic oversight with hands-on execution, delivering phase 1 of the Coupa implementation within six months and shaping the long-term AP vision for the company.

Qualifications

• Experience leading the end-to-end AP process with team mentoring.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and numerical skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with AP in multiple countries including US, UK, Ireland, Australia, China.
• Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Experience with global taxes (Sales Tax, VAT, GST).

Responsibilities

• Lead the global Accounts Payable team with guidance and direction.
• Drive AP process improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and accuracy.
• Manage end-to-end AP with PO-GL-vendor invoice verification and payment processing.
• Own the monthly AP close as part of accounting close procedures.
• Set up supplier records, verify bank details, and manage payment batches securely.
• Maintain vendor relations, address inquiries, negotiate terms, resolve issues.
• Process and audit employee expenses per policy, in a timely manner.
• Collaborate across departments to resolve AP issues and ensure accuracy.
