Job summary

Ping Identity is seeking a strategic, globally oriented Director of Global Alliances – Accenture. You will own the worldwide Accenture relationship, shaping strategy, executive alignment, and a joint go-to-market plan across regions and lines of business.

You will drive a repeatable growth engine by coordinating Ping’s teams and Accenture leadership, translating priorities into formal agreements, investment plans, and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in channels, sales, or related fields.
• Experience building and scaling programs—from strategy and operating model through enablement, execution, and measurement.
• International experience working across regions, cultures, and complex global organizations.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute a multi-year global Accenture alliance strategy aligned to Ping’s priorities, growth, product strategy, and regional plans.
• Establish trusted relationships with Accenture’s executives across Identity, Cybersecurity, Technology, and cloud.
• Lead executive alignment and create a joint annual business plan with clear milestones.
• Create a global-to-local operating model for AMER, EMEA, and APJ teams.
• Drive GTM acceleration with Accenture SALs and CALs across industry verticals.
• Build governance structures, steering committees, and quarterly business reviews.
