Job summary

WPP Enterprise Solutions seeks a Global Alliance Operations Lead to unify nine partner alliances under one operating cadence. You will report to the Chief Alliance Officer, align regional cross-alliance leads, and coordinate the Industry & Partner Solutions Commercialization initiatives, ensuring a single WPP presence across partners, regions, and specialties.

This role focuses on governance, pipeline visibility in Salesforce, and the development of scalable processes, templates, and reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience leading cross-functional alliances and programs.
• Strong governance and stakeholder-management skills.
• Proficiency with Salesforce and enterprise reporting.
• Ability to build scalable operating models across regions.

Responsibilities

• Owns alliances cadence and governance across nine partner alliances.
• Build and run the pipeline reporting and data quality in Salesforce.
• Lead a small team and coordinate with regional and specialty resources.
• Serve as proxy for Chief Alliance Officer in key operational forums.
