Job summary

HCL Technologies Limited is hiring an Alliance Manager to lead and expand our partnership with a leading Digital Industries Software client across the Americas and APAC (excluding Europe). You will align HCL Tech's engineering and digital transformation capabilities with the client's portfolio to drive joint value, revenue, and a robust pipeline, while coordinating with regional sales and delivery teams.

Qualifications

At least 5 years of proven alliance/partnership experience in IT services or system integration.
Strong track record of managing alliances with KPIs tied to revenue and pipeline.
Experience managing multi-region territories (Americas, APAC) and aligning decentralized sales teams.
Location: Based in the United States; Michigan or Texas preferred.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills; ability to influence C-level executives.

Responsibilities

Drive Key Performance Parameters (KPPs): sell-with and sell-through revenue and robust joint pipeline across regions.
Design and execute collaborative GTM strategies; align sales, pre-sales, and industry verticals with client regional teams.
Manage relationships; build executive sponsorship across organizations to ensure alignment and commitment.
Govern territory and pipeline; conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to monitor health and revenue realization.
Position joint solutions with Centers of Excellence (CoEs) and enable co-sell across delivery teams.
