EY in the United States is seeking an experienced Global Microsoft Financial Services Alliance Relationship Director to coordinate and deliver alliance activation across the Financial Services sector, working with EY leadership and Microsoft counterparts to drive strategic opportunities.

The role demands deep enterprise technology knowledge, strong FS industry expertise, and a proven ability to translate sector priorities into joint go-to-market programs, governance and measurable revenue

Qualifications

• Leadership in relationship management and governance oversight.
• Deep Financial Services industry knowledge, incl. Banking, Insurance, and Wealth & Asset Management.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft ecosystem - Azure, Data & AI, Security, Business Applications, Copilot.
• Ability to translate Financial Services client priorities into Microsoft-enabled alliance plays.
• Experience in alliance management, business development or sector-led growth in tech or professional services.
• Proven track record delivering alliance sales and revenue outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Execute alliance strategy in alignment with Global priorities and EY FS growth.
• Facilitate top-to-top Microsoft and EY relationships and programs.
• Drive governance with clear accountability across regions, practices, and accounts.
• Provide actionable insights to Microsoft and EY leadership on pipeline and performance.
• Identify, develop and activate Microsoft priority solutions and partner programs across FS.
• Deliver alliance financial reporting, impact, and activation insights.
• Identify and activate priority FS accounts with executive mapping and cadence.
• Drive compliance with internal policies, independence, and commercial requirements.
• Collaborate with Brand, Marketing and Communications for sector messaging and materials.
• Partner with regional leaders to execute FS alliance marketing and enablement activities.
• Contribute to the Global Alliance and Ecosystem network with market insights.
