SUSE is seeking a Global Alliance Director to lead the AMD alliance, shaping strategy and execution for AI-ready solutions across client desktops and enterprise servers. You will orchestrate multi-partner solutions, create joint market designs, and drive co-sell initiatives with AMD, Dell, HP, and Neocloud providers.

The role requires over a decade in enterprise infrastructure and 5–7+ years in strategic alliance leadership, with strong negotiation and executive relationship skills.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years in enterprise infrastructure software/hardware, incl. 5–7+ years in strategic alliance leadership.
• Proven track record with joint GTM motions and co-sell strategies with software/hardware partners.
• Deep knowledge of AI ecosystem, silicon hardware integration, and enterprise software stacks.
• Strong experience in structuring complex commercial agreements, funding models, and executive negotiations.

Aufgaben

• Own, develop, and drive the global alliance strategy and execution with AMD.
• Create annual business development plans and joint market designs and integrations.
• Lead multi-partner ecosystem initiatives across silicon partners, OEMs, and Neocloud providers.
• Manage formal agreements, terms, and joint marketing initiatives; ensure operational cadence.
• Inspire cross-functional teams and maintain executive relationships with AMD and partners.
