Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Analyze service failures and escalate for timely resolution.
• Archive shipment documents and assign internal tasks.
• Confirm shipment profitability and escalate low-margin shipments.
• Prepare house airway bill pouch and labels.
• Process external billing based on quotations and tariffs.
• Manage export documentation (AES, DPS, Hazmat, AMS).
• Export compliance including Denied Party Screening and AES filing.
