Job summary

B&H Worldwide in Los Angeles, CA, is seeking an Operations Coordinator to manage Import and Export shipments from start to finish, ensuring compliant, efficient and customer-focused service.

The role reports to the Station Manager and requires strong knowledge of US customs regulations, Cargowise experience, and excellent communication and organizational skills to coordinate scheduling, documentation, and carrier interactions.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service with attention to detail.
• In-depth knowledge of Import/Export processes.
• Strong background in US Customs law and procedures.
• Experience with Cargowise and Dangerous Goods compliance preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Complete shipments from start to finish with excellent customer service.
• Update comments and actions in the company system to track workflow.
• Ensure customs entries are completed to a high standard.
• Coordinate AES filings and transport with providers.
• Handle AOG and urgent shipments with priority.
