Qualifications

• 1+ years of work experience in freight forwarding or logistics (Ocean import) preferred.

• Works well under pressure with a sense of urgency.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred; ability to travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate ocean, air and trucking freight with carriers and 3PL providers.
• Manage fulfillment and distribution activities; maintain SOPs and ensure compliance.
• Analyze operational data and KPIs to identify trends and drive improvements.
• Build relationships with carriers, vendors, and internal teams to resolve freight issues.
• Evaluate logistics processes to improve efficiency and support growth.
