Qualifications

• Familiarity with U.S. customs processes and import documentation is expected.
• Understanding of ISF, 7512 in-bond procedures, bonded shipments, warehouse entries, and consumption entries is important.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate air and ocean import shipments from booking through final delivery.
• Prepare, review, and maintain import documentation and shipment records.
• Coordinate with overseas agents, lines, airlines, trucking companies, brokers, warehouses, and customers.
• Track and trace shipments and provide timely updates to customers.
